Installtion on interland.com hosted NT servers

Top dir is
D:\IP_ADDRESS_OF_DOMAIN
CGI-BIN is
D:\IP\cgi-bin
PERL cgi ends with .pl

after setting the fix_top_dir stuff, everything went smoothly
(create master admin, then boards)
