Coming from a nation of "thinkers and philosophers" don't you think your analysis is a bit shallow? Looking at simple statistics today without looking into their cause is not being "scientific" (you land of scientists).

Why is it that the rate of criminal activity by blacks 50 years ago was much lower than it is today?

How do you explain that in the late 1800, the Irish were much more invloved in criminal activity than today? They don't have the necessary pigmentation in their skin to fall into your simple categorization. Or do you consider the Irish to be "white niggers"?
