The following information comes from affidavits from former

students of the John C. Kim School of Chung Moo Quan in

Chicago and in Houston. I retrieved these affidavits of the

Illinois Attorney General's suite against the schools for

consumer fraud. These affidavits show that the schools used

intimidation and violence to keep it's students and staff in line.

The Attorney General office listed the students as John Does to

keep the students safe.

affidavits of John Doe II

Being duly sworn Affiant states as follows:

1. That I was a student of the John C. Kim STYLE

SCHOOLS OF CHUNG MOO QUAN in Texas.

2. That I stopped attending school in 1991.

3. That I received threats relating to my physical well

being after leaving said school.

4. That on July 9, 1991 I was attacked and hit by an

individual I believe is currently and instructor and formerly an

instructor in the Illinois in a school of CHUNG MOO QUAN.

AFFIDAVIT OF JOHN DOE I

Being duly sworn Affiant states as follows:

1. That I was a student of the JOHN C. KIM STYLE

SCHOOLS OF CHUNG MOO QUAN at Bensenville.

2. That in 1987 I refused to sign a contract for the

"Instructors Course."

3. That after I refused to enroll in the "Instructors

Course" one of the school's instructors slapped me in the face.

4. That I then quit said school.

5. That after I quit said school, one of the instructors

called my home and told me that I had better "watch out," if I

ever told anyone that the contracts were illegal.

6. That while I was a student at said school I witnesses

another student, who refused to sign an additional contract,

knocked unconscious by an instructor and said student was

bleeding from the nose and mouth.

7. I am afraid of the possible acts of those currently

involved in the CHUNG MOO QUAN organization.

Being duly sworn Affiant states as follows:

1. That I was a students of the JOHN C. KIM STYLE

SCHOOLS OF CHUNG MOO QUAN at Villa Park.

2. That in early 1990 at a group lesson an instructor warned

me that I quit CHUNG MOO QUAN, I would instantly have

six million enemies and that I might not wake up one morning.

3. That this same instructor informed me that he was told

informed me that he told to threat.

AFFIDAVIT OF JOHN DOE V

Being duly sworn Affiant states as follows:

1. That I was a student of the John C. KIM STYLE

SCHOOLS OF CHUNG MOO QUAN in Lombard, Illinois.

2. That in 1989 after questioning an instructor, said

instructor hit me so hard that I coughed blood.

3. That when I stated I intended to quit school, I was told by

an instructor of said school that I went anything else for martial

arts training would be beaten.

4. That I remain apprehensive of possible acts of members of

the CHUNG MOO QUAN organization.

AFFIDAVIT OF JOHN DOE X

Being duly sworn Affiant states as follows:

1. That I was a student of the JOHN C. KIM STYLE

SCHOOLS OF CHUNG MOO QUAN at Villa Park.

2. That in November 1989 I was threatened by an instructor

of CHUNG MOO QUAN.

3. That in January 1990 I was beaten about my head, neck,

and body by a national instructor of CHUNG MOO QUAN and

was told by said national instructor that I was lucky that he was

not going to kill me on the spot.

4. That several days later said national instructor called my

home and stated that he wanted talk to me. I refused.

5. That a short time later two instructor came to my house

and pushed their way into my house.

6. That I immediately left my house.

7. That said instructors did not leave until police arrived.

8. That since January 1990 I have seem various

instructor of CHUNG MOO QUAN sitting outside of my

workplace watching my building.

9. That as a direct results of said beating and threats I have

moved and do not disclosed my new address.
