Mahona, I believe in the right for others to speak their minds freely, and to not censor. I also believe in not deleting posts unless the originol poster asks for it. In this case, Karen's bishop asked her specifically to have all messages and all related content deleted. I didn't question the reasons, I just respected the request. Karen is also a very respected and loved member of this board, and her request was out of a desire to honor her priesthood leader. Her request was also out of respect for the individuals involved in her post.
I don't have to justify my actions. I did what I thought was best, and as co-founder of this board, I had a right to make an executive decision. I didn't have time to e-mail Jill. I didn't have time to make a post asking permission from everyone, nor did I have time to wait for responses. I DID however have the time to answer Karen's request. To be quite frank, I am also the princess.....and princesses have the right to do whatever the hell they want if it means protecting their own. Amen.
