If I were young and single I think a job like that would be wonderful!  Lucky dd!

I'm anxious to hear what happens with your tests.

I am busy wallpapering and painting.  Today I took everything off the walls, packed up all the knick-knacks, books, etc etc (we have WAAAAAYYYYY TOO MUCH STUFF!), and all the furniture except for the rocking chair, couch, piano and TV and tomorrow I will begin wallpapering the living room and dining room.  Dh is grumbling, but I am deaf to his complaints.  We've lived here 11 yrs and I've never painted and it looks so ratty, so he'll have to live with the mess and hassle.  The walls are covered in "wood" paneling that's been painted white.  But since the walls are plaster I can't take the paneling off.  So I'm covering the paneling with a heavy wallpaper that's supposed to hide the lines of the paneling and then I can paint over it.  I plan to paint a faux linen look in an eggshell or light beige.  I also have new curtains.  Just wish I had a new couch--this one is broken.  It looks nice but when you sit on it you can't get out.  I'm trying to talk dh into a new couch--not another rummage sale special.  I'm tired of used furniture.

In 10 days my aunt and uncle, whom I haven't seen in 10 yrs or so, will be coming to visit.  Then the week after that my parents come as well as in-laws for youngest ds's baptism.  So very busy.

On top of that I planted 7 flats of seedlings that are really taking off in my new greenhouse.  I need to transplant the last of the, but that won't happen till next Mon or Tues, after I get the house put back together.  I'll post pictures of my plants when I get them transplanted next week--they are BEAUTIFUL!  I started petunias for the first time.  I'd been told they are difficult to do from seed.  It's true they aren't growing as vigorously as the others, but they're coming up and I'm sending them lots of nourishing words and loving thoughts, so hopefully they'll be ready in a 2-3 weeks for life in the real world.

I'm so excited--spring is actually taking root and I'm getting my LR and DR redone and family is visiting.  Lots of things to be happy for.
